    Description

    A four page letter...describes the canteen he seems to be manning; where the boys can come and go and write...touches on his supply job...he got to visit an ancient village/palace and describes what he sees ( a great writer). He is very personable in his telling of things and lets one 'see' what's going on. In this letter he tells his wife about the sending home of foreign French money and what he will include in this letter (sorry, it wasn't in here)...
