HARLEM CASINO Silverplate Shrimp Cocktail Fork C1900s New York City Landmark

We are pleased to offer a lovely silverplated shrimp or seafood cocktail fork from the Harlem Casino that was located in New York City.  It has a fabulous Art Nouveau style pattern that was made by Niagara Falls Silver Co.
The Harlem Casino was located in the West End Theatre building, built in the 1890s at 124th Street and 7th Avenue.  It was not a casino but housed a restaurant and other recreational facilities.  It was sold in 1910 to Marcus Loew and converted it to a 1,600 seat theatre for Vaudeville shows and Movies.

Condition:
Overall very good - it has some minor use scratches but less than the usual wear and scratches typical of hotel or restaurant plate.  It is stamped: Harlem Casino on the handle.
