This offering come off a very large (and very expensive) layout and is used.  I cleaned the unit, and it looks nice with a little dust in the hard to clean areas and some surface marks.  The unit pictured is exactly what you will receive, but I didn't keep track of the manuals so you will receive a manual exactly like the one pictured, but it may not be that manual.  I have a huge book of manuals so each offering (I have many) will get a manual.  I don't know much about this company, but as per their literature they are completely compatible with Lionel TMCC systems and actually have some additional features.
